Our Mission

The CELab applies design principles to develop innovative approaches for economic and workforce development by seeking solutions to complex structural problems that will have the biggest impact over the long term.

The CELab is a New-Mexico based 501(c)3 non-profit think tank, focused on innovative ways to do economic and workforce development in a labor and capital constrained economy. Since its formation in 2009, the CELab has innovated a suite of new program approaches to economic and workforce development, poverty reduction, entrepreneurial ecosystems and systems for planning and management of economies.
